Will Rana - Drums and Guitar

With nearly 20 years of experience as a drummer and guitarist, music has been a constant and defining part of Will's life. After playing throughout high school, Will went on to complete a Bachelor of Music at Tabor College and am currently undertaking a Master of Teaching at Flinders University, specialising in secondary music education.

I began teaching drums and guitar in 2017 and have since worked with students across a range of primary and secondary schools, as well as providing private tuition. These experiences have allowed me to develop a strong passion for helping students build confidence, creativity and a genuine appreciation for music.

As a musician, I am particularly drawn to the music of the 1960s and 1970s, with The Beatles and Led Zeppelin among my favourite bands. My playing and musical approach have been strongly influenced by musicians including John Bonham, Chad Smith, Dave Grohl and Bob Dylan. I aim to bring this passion and experience into my teaching, encouraging students to discover their own musical interests while developing the skills and confidence to express themselves through music.
